LACROSSE 101 – located on the top menu bar of the home page - is a great resource for parents and players looking to either demystify the sport of lacrosse or enrich their knowledge of the game. Newly updated for 2009, there are great instructional videos for boys and girls, player tips, links to the CONNY rules for youth boys and US Lacrosse rules for youth girls, primers for girls lacrosse and boys lacrosse and much more.

The RYL ONLINE STORE is open for business. You’ll find it on the top menu bar of the home page.  All RYL items now can be purchased online!  Check out the gear and apparel custom-designed for Ridgefield Youth Lacrosse. NEW! 2009 RYL Shorts of the Year and a girls-specific line of apparel now available! Don’t wait too long to order your RYL custom gear and apparel; most items are only available for a limited time.
